⚾This training is REQUIRED for all youth umpires, even returning youth umpires.
🥎Youth umpires need to make an account on https://umpire-scheduler.com Once created, the youth umpire will need to identify an adult to also register and confirm the registration.
⚾Adult umpires are not required but strongly encouraged to attend.
